Kibale​ FOREST NATIONAL PARK

Kibale National Park, located in western Uganda, is a lush tropical rain forest renowned as one of the top destinations for primate tracking in Africa. Covering approximately 795 square kilometers, the park is home to 13 primate species, including the highest concentration of chimpanzees in East Africa. Visitors can enjoy thrilling chimpanzee trekking experiences, where they observe these intelligent creatures in their natural habitat.

In addition to primates, Kibale hosts diverse wildlife, including forest elephants, bushbucks, and numerous bird species, with over 375 recorded, making it a paradise for birdwatchers. The park’s varied landscape includes dense forests, wetlands, and grasslands, supporting a rich array of flora and fauna.
